What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales (bonus points if it’s in solar or related industries).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic digital tools.

What You Should Know Before You Apply:

• We expect professionalism and respect in every customer interaction.
• Our PowerPros program has different levels, moving up depends on meeting the required sales targets for each stage.
• This is a performance-driven role, consistently missing targets may result in removal from the program.
• The first stage is an assessment to test your skills and knowledge.
  • It’s a timed test of 25 minutes, so ensure you have a good internet connection.
  • You must score at least 80–85% to pass.
  • If you pass, you’ll be invited to an online interview to move to the next stage.
