Field Operations/ Project Supervisor at Estrada International Staffing Solutions

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who is hands-on organized, and ready to lead on-site operations. If you’ve got experience managing field teams, coordinating vendors, and keeping things on track — this might be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations and on-site project tasks.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor timelines, progress, and milestones — provide regular reports to management.
• Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely material delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance checks.
• Oversee labor, materials, and equipment allocation.
• Maintain accurate records: site reports, materials usage, incident logs, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field/project supervision.
• Understanding of construction/installation standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Excel, Trello, MS Project).
• Project Management (PMP) or HSE certification is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and tight deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
