    Field Marketing & Sales Manager

    The Role

    This is a field-first, on-ground sales & marketing role.

    • You will physically visit businesses across sectors, pitch VoiceBreeze, run live demos, and drive adoption.
    • Mondays: Strategy, planning, mapping new sectors
    • Tuesday–Friday: Fieldwork — visits, demos, activations, meetings, follow-ups
    • 80% field execution / 20% planning & reporting
    • This role requires someone who is motivated, confident, and great with people.

    Key Responsibilities

    Field Sales & Market Expansion (80%)

    • Conduct daily physical visits to businesses across multiple sectors
    • Run on-site demos of VoiceBreeze’s AI calling platform
    • Identify new industries & clusters where automated calling is needed
    • Build and maintain a strong on-field pipeline
    • Gather feedback from businesses and coordinate with the founder
    • Drive pilot activation and follow up until conversion
    • Submit daily visit reports and weekly progress summaries

    Planning & Strategy (20%)

    • Map out key sectors and create weekly expansion plans
    • Track pipeline, performance metrics, and conversion rates
    • Help refine product positioning based on real on-ground insights
    • Collaborate with the founder on messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy

    Requirements

    • 2–5+ years experience in field sales, marketing, or activation
    • Must be Lagos-based or any state with vibrant market, comfortable with daily on-ground mobility
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Ability to engage business owners, managers, and front-office staff
    • Experience in fintech, telecom, microfinance, field marketing, or retail sales is a plus
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently with clear deliverables

    Compensation
