The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, financial reviews, compliance checks, and operational audits to ensure that company policies, regulatory standards, and financial practices are being properly followed.
This role involves visiting branch offices, retail outlets, warehouses, or partner locations to verify records, identify risks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field audits of company branches, outlets, and partner locations.
Review financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements to reduce risks and fraud.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage.
Proven experience in auditing, field inspection, or compliance roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
