    Retail Associates

    People2profit Nigeria is excited to support a fast-growing retail brand known for its curated lifestyle products and customer-first approach, in hiring a passionate and customer-obsessed Retail Associate.

    This is more than a sales role—it’s your chance to shape the in-store and digital customer experience, drive brand loyalty, and contribute directly to business growth in one of Lagos’s most vibrant retail spaces.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet, assist, and build rapport with customers in-store and online (via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and chat).  
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, orders, and feedback across all sales channels.  
    • Process sales transactions including invoicing, POS operations, and order fulfillment.  
    • Drive sales through active engagement, suggestive selling, and deep product knowledge.  
    • Keep customers informed about new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive events.  
    • Maintain visually appealing, clean, and well-organized store displays that reflect Sweven’s brand aesthetic.  
    • Manage email marketing communications and support digital campaign execution.  
    • Resolve customer concerns quickly and empathetically to maximize satisfaction and retention.  
    • Track and report on customer preferences, competitor moves, and emerging product ideas. 

    Qualification/Requirements 

    • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or completed retail certification).  
    • 3-5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service (high-potential fresh graduates welcome!).  
    • Excellent verbal and written communication—you’re clear, warm, and professional.  
    • Tech-savvy: comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email, and basic POS systems.  
    • Quick-thinking, proactive, and customer-obsessed—you anticipate needs before they’re voiced.  
    • Strong memory for product details, pricing, and promotions.

    Procurement Associates

    Our Client, a vibrant and customer-centric retail brand, in their search for a sharp, proactive Procurement Associate. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative, fast-moving team that values data, market insight, and seamless product delivery.

    You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align product offerings with market demand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forecast product demand using sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.  
    • Plan and manage product ranges, stock levels, and inventory cycles
    • Identify, vet, and build lasting relationships with local and international suppliers and manufacturers. 
    • Conduct ongoing market research to discover trending, highpotential products. 
    • Negotiate costeffective pricing, shipping terms, and delivery timelines.  
    • Monitor stock movement and recommend promotions, markdowns, or clearance strategies to optimize turnover.  
    • Maintain an updated and reliable supplier and product database.  
    • Support marketing initiatives including content creation, campaign development, and order fulfillment.
    • Deliver regular insights to leadership on customer preferences, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  
    • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, retail buying, inventory planning, or supply chain
    • Strong analytical and research skills—you’re comfortable interpreting sales reports and market signals.  
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and standard office productivity tools.
    • A genuine interest in retail, consumer behavior, and product curation.
