Farm Manager Requirements

• HND/BSc in Agriculture or related fields with experience of 2 years or more in farming including greenhouse farms and hydroponic farming
• Additional courses in Business management or admin would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of farming and irrigation - ability to manage to greatest yields and best quality 
• Ability to lead and coordinate other farms workers.
• Ability to make decisions in stressful environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work closely with management to ensure success of the business.
