- Are you a proven sales leader?
- Can you build, train, and lead a high-performing commission-based team?
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and grow a strong sales team
- Drive performance & close deals
- Coach, train, and enforce accountability
- Implement effective sales structures
We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years sales/team management experience
- Strong track record in closing deals
- Experience with commission-based teams
- Skilled in coaching, recruitment & CRM tools.
