JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, project management etc…)
• Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
• Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
• Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
• Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)

  Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Architecture is a Must MSC/MBA is an added advantage, Project Management Certifications/trainings and membership in professional bodies is required.
• Experience in Furniture manufactures OR Wood field is highly required.
• Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills
• Results and objectives oriented.
• Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
• Experience in Managing a Furniture manufacturing plant is highly required
