We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall condition of a residential apartment facility.
The role involves ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained while coordinating service providers and internal staff.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Coordinate and monitor technicians, vendors, and service providers.
Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults promptly.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with basic facility standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies as they arise.
Job Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND qualification or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility or property supervision (experience in residential apartments is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
