Facility Manager at Mama Cass

Responsibilities

• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with vendors and saving cost.
• Maintaining day-to-day routing / operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders on all company's equipment.
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in management, science, business or related field from an accredited institution
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• 4 - 5 years experience in facilities/office services (operations, maintenance, security, housekeeping) locally, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant
• Experience coordinating and establishing a new office and project Management.
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, complex, and high visibility organization in the hospitality and Quick service Restaurant.
• Experience to head a team and handle task by meeting up with deadline.
• Experience with information services, equipment recording and equipment maintenance.
• Flexible, well-organized and comfortable working well under pressure and with tight deadlines to produce high quality work in a timely manner.
• Must be ready to resume Immediately.
