Facility Maintenance Technician at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility support tasks.
• The ideal candidate will help ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained by handling a variety of maintenance duties and minor installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
• Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance issues, safety concerns, and wear and tear.
• Assist with office setups, furniture assembly, and event preparations.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate; vocational training is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks.
