Facility Coordinator at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate day-to-day facility operations across MEP, HVAC, ELV, housekeeping and security teams as well as maintain their up-to-date documentation including logs, reports, and service level agreements (SLA) targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues and tenant service requests.
• Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical or any other relevant field. Professional membership with facility management association will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in a B2B facilities management providers.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for budgeting) working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)/CAFM (Computer
• Aided Facility Management) software and an understanding of smart building loT (Internet of things) systems.
