Facility and Maintenance Officer at Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely and ensure third-party service providers deliver on assigned tasks as per scope of work.
• Ensure proper stock and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Manage all work-related safety, environment, and health matters.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong maintenance skills.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
• Attention to detail and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
