Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Tsebo Rapid in Lagos. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize facility performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with facility management software, maintenance practices, and health and safety standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Prove 3-4 years of experience in commercial Facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency
• Relevant certification in facilities management or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
