Expression of Interest (EOI) at Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa)

INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CAR RENTAL.

The Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa) is a National humanitarian organization founded in 2014. We deliver emergency assistance to affected populations before, during and after crisis. We also deliver technical and professional assistance to Government (including trainings and handling of supplies) as well as community structures to strengthen their capacities for intervention and efficient service delivery to target populations.
The organization was founded to mitigate the health deficit in Africa and to provide all form of assistance leading to improved quality of life. Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa) is equally poised to support the delivery of healthcare services at the doorsteps of African villages, and to also bridge the gap between primary healthcare delivery and tertiary healthcare services through a robust referral system.
GHIV AFRICA aids is based on need to the most vulnerable communities, regardless of their religion, race, gender and or political affiliation. Our decisions as an organization are not based on political, economic or religious interests, but solely on the needs of the affected.
GHIV AFRICA In the framework of Provision of Vehicle Rental in the Borno of Nigeria, GHIV Africa now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Vehicle Rental Companies with business license/base station/business area in Borno State. 

 The following relevant documents should contain in the EOI;

• Name of the Company
• Main Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Address of Other Offices (Branch Offices)
• Name and Designation of the Contact Person
• Copy of CAC) 
• Registration (RC) number 
• VAT Registration number.

EOI will be evaluated using the following criteria;

• Years of experience,
• Bidders Registration certificate
• Bidders SCUML (Special Control Unit Against Money Laundry) Certificate
• Reference/ Recommendation from previous Organization worked.
• All document must be stamped, sign and dated by bidders with their Organizational stamp before submission

NOTE: only EOI with office in Borno State will be considered.
