    Experienced Primary School Teacher

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will inspire young learners, foster creativity, and deliver engaging lessons that support academic and personal growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
    • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
    • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
    • Develop individualized learning plans to support diverse student needs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to enhance student learning.
    • Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development.
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

    Requirements
    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
    • Professional teaching certification or license.
    • 1-5 years of teaching experience at the primary school level.
    • Proven track record of improving student outcomes.
    • Experience in extracurricular activities or leadership roles is an advantage.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Creativity in lesson planning and teaching methods.
    • Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
    • Competence in using educational technology and digital tools.
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children.
