    Experienced HR – Performance Management & Learning & Development

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja, Lagos, for an Experienced HR - Performance Management & Learning & Development professional. The role involves designing and implementing performance management systems, developing and tracking KPIs, performance appraisals, and continuous improvement plans, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s core objectives, leading learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and program delivery, evaluating training effectiveness, and driving a culture of continuous learning.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
    • At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, processes, and evaluation methods.
    • Ability to develop and deliver impactful learning and development programs.
    • Recognized degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are a plus.
    • Proven experience in HR with a strong focus on performance management and L&D
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to design and implement scalable HR initiatives
    • Experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage.
