Experienced Hotel Waiter / Waitress at Teestone Hotels & Apartment

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
• The ideal candidate will ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Prepare and arrange dining areas before service and clean up after service.
• Process bills and handle cash, card, or other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.
• Assist in setting up banquet, conference, and special event dining services when required.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a hospitality role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
