Responsibilities

• Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications.
• Produce different kinds of icing, whipped cream, buttercream, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
• Ability to work with Fondant
• Ability to write beautifully on Cakes.
• Take inventory of decorating supplies and inform the procurement team for replenishment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations by maintaining product freshness
• Clean and sanitize all work areas
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in cake decorating.

Qualifications and Experience

• SSCE qualification
• Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in cake decorating
• Exhibits prowess using decorating tools such as airbrush guns, modeling tools, and electronic mixers.
• Is courteous, friendly, and pleasant.
• Is able to follow and perform set decorating designs
• Demonstrates artistic ability.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Demonstrates above-average manual dexterity; has a steady hand.
