    Exerienced Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, managing employee performance, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
    • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience and a proven track record of implementing HR best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and selection to attract top talent.
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Implement performance management systems that drive employee productivity and development.
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Design and implement training and development programs to build employee capacity.
    • Manage compensation and benefits structure, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Provide HR analytics and reports to support decision-making at the executive level.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 7 years’ HR management experience (experience in an IT solutions company is an added advantage).
    • ACIPM, SPHRi or GPHR.
    • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, performance management, payroll management, and recruitment.
    • Excellent understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Proven experience developing HR policies and driving organizational change.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work strategically and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
