Executive Media Buying at BrandEye Media

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking a skilled Executive Media Buyer to support the Buying unit in securing value-driven media deals across TV, radio, print, and OOH.
• The role requires hands-on execution of media buying operations, vendor negotiations, contract management, and alignment with finance and planning units to ensure campaign and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support media buying execution and vendor relationship management
• Negotiate rates, discounts, and favorable terms across all media channels
• Ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with planners to align media delivery with client objectives
• Manage campaign tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with Finance
• Maintain media rate cards and discount tables for internal use

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of media buying tools and control practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven agency experience in media buying and vendor engagement
