Executive Driver at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Safely transporting executives and other personnel to various locations, including appointments, meetings, and events.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues promptly.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Planning efficient routes, utilizing navigation systems, and adjusting travel plans as needed to avoid delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintaining a professional demeanor, exhibiting discretion, and upholding confidentiality regarding passengers and their travel details.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating with executive assistants and other relevant staff to align schedules, manage travel arrangements, and ensure timely arrivals.
• Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Customer Service: Providing courteous and professional service to passengers, assisting with luggage or other needs.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE / NCE certificate with 3 - 5 tears of work experience.
