Conduct confidential coaching sessions focused on leadership development, executive presence, strategic planning, and performance enhancement.
Partner with executives, senior leaders, and founders to identify goals, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized coaching plans.
Provide constructive feedback, insights, and accountability to support clients in achieving their objectives and overcoming challenges.
Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, assessments, and tools to facilitate growth and self-awareness in clients.
Collaborate with Talentsquare's team to identify and address organizational needs, trends, and opportunities for coaching interventions.
Stay updated on industry trends, leadership best practices, and executive coaching methodologies to continuously improve coaching effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an executive coach or leadership development consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior-level executives.
Master's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
Certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institute or organization.
Experience working with diverse industries and cultures is preferred.
