    Executive Assistant

    • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Act as a gatekeeper, screen calls, and prioritize communication.
    • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Draft and manage communications on behalf of the executive.
    • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
    • Manage executive office supplies and support the day-to-day administrative operations.
    • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
