Job Description (Summary)
As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the office of the CEO, coordinate their itinerary and meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports. You will also represent the CEO in select meetings and provide support in strategic planning and communication activities.

Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry. | Sociable, professional, and presentable demeanor. | Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. |
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). | Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. | Strong networking and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships. |
Familiarity with itinerary and meeting management tools. |
