    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • Provide high-level administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO/COO's diary.
    • Facilitate effective communication and feedback between the CEO/COO and the teams, and act as a key point of contact for a wide range of contacts at all levels both internally and externally.
    • Responsible for information sourcing, organization and creation of daily itineraries.
    • Manage weekly calendar with the teams to review and finalize CEO/COO calendar in advance.
    • Arrange and organize training and meetings.
