We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense tracking
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
Support project coordination and follow up on key action points
Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Handle general office coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
