Event Assistant at Tix.Africa

About the role

We're hiring event assistants to support our operations across different cities in Nigeria. In this role, your responsibilities will include

• Scanning tickets and checking in guests who have purchased tickets for an event on Tix
• Maintain orderliness and decorum on ticketing queues at events.
• Collect payments for tickets purchased at the door of an event
• Collect insights on users’ requests, feedback, complaints, and frequently asked questions for internal teams so we can continue to support Tix users better and build for their needs.

Preferred Requirements

• Tech-savvy.
• Must have a working smartphone
• Experience in event operations is a plus.
• Not opposed to working late night, holiday or weekend shifts.
