General description of the position:
The Ethics and Compliance Manager Reports to the Head of Delegation, responsible for ensuring adherence to the Global Code of Conduct values and ethical standards. This multifaceted role involves disseminating policies, providing training on key ethical policies, managing risk and compliance controls, and actively participating in incident management. The ethics and compliance manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the ethical fabric of our interventions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
