Job Summary:

• The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for property valuation, management, leasing, and advisory services to support the organization’s real estate operations and investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Manage residential and commercial properties
• Handle leasing, rent reviews, and tenant relations
• Prepare valuation reports and feasibility studies
• Advise management on property investment opportunities
• Inspect properties and ensure compliance with regulations
• Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in estate management or a related field
• 4–5 years relevant work experience
• Registered or in the process of registering with NIESV (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Lagos property market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
