    Estate Officer

    Job Details

    • Conduct land surveys and prepare detailed maps utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software.
    • Research and analyze historical records to determine property boundaries and identify potential title issues.
    • Prepare legal descriptions and reports for property evaluations and development projects.
    • Liaise with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure projects comply with relevant regulations.
    • Conduct property inspections to assess feasibility and advise on potential development challenges.
