Job Responsibilities

• Candidate must have the ability to coordinate security operatives within the estates perimeters and communicate with their employers
• Operate methods and strategies to maximize cost saving, service quality and safety.
• Negotiate and administer service and construction agreement for maintenance and alteration services
• Supervise landscape, parking lot, estate maintenance and upkeep functions.
• He/she must have the ability to liaise with residents on emergencies and coordination of services direct to them.
• He/she would keep records of the landlords and tenants’ residents and non-resident within the estate.

Requirement

• Min of 5years experience in the same field
• Min of B.Sc. in Estate Management or its equivalent
• Proficient use of Microsoft excel
