Job Description

• Creating and engaging projects in accordance with the established processes and ensuring contract compliance
• Processing billing handling Transfer and Reversals in the system
• Coordinating invoicing with Finance and address Finance’s questions regarding to billing
• Assisting Regional Managers and Directors with team coordination and customers
• Become the local reference (“go-to” person) for all system related matters within their region
• Utilize AX CustomerSource/LCM for knowledge base, support incidents and training
• Manage and maintain AX environments (Production, Staging, Test, DEV)
• Assist in the deployment security and code changes to Milwaukee environments including Production
• Ability and desire to dive into and drive issues to ground
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
