As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share penetration of our enterprise products by closing new deals with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a go-to-market tactics for direct and indirect sales across multiple regions within the company’s market segmentations.
Generate revenue through strategic sales and channel partnerships in the FMCG sector.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through direct prospecting, relationships, referrals and inbound leads.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability by targeting and mapping out opportunities within large and medium enterprises.
Meet and communicate with customers virtually or on site, where necessary.
Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Effectively navigate and negotiate contracts.
Achieve & exceeds monthly/quarterly sales quota.
Develop and deliver reports regarding key prospects and sales potential on a regular basis.
Competenices Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 years+ sales experience in a mid-sized organization preferably in technology.
Good territorial knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of goals
Smart, excellence-driven, passionate, enthusiastic, and goal oriented.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Good composure and self-confidence.
Good initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
