• An email marketing specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage with customers, promote products or services, and drive conversions.
• You work closely with the marketing team to create compelling email content and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing email marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Creating engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons.
• Managing email campaigns end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, segmentation, and list management.
• Conducting A/B testing to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitoring email deliverability and managing email reputation to ensure high inbox placement rates.
• Analyzing campaign data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
• Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Implementing email personalization strategies, such as dynamic content and triggered emails.
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, best practices, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customization.
• Experience with email automation and personalization techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
