About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect with a strong eye for design and proven project management skills to join our team.
• The ideal candidate combines creative vision with technical expertise, delivering functional, aesthetically compelling spaces that meet client requirements and comply with all building standards.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Design Development:

• Create innovative interior architecture concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.

Project Management:

• Oversee projects from initial brief through construction and final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Technical Documentation:

• Produce construction documents and detailed shop drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, health and safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

Collaboration & Presentation:

• Lead client presentations and design workshops.
• Work closely with the architecture and engineering teams to integrate interior design with overall building plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of built projects.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
