Duties
Identify sales leads, pitch goods and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with them.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Plan and prepare introductions and presentations.
Provide management with feedback.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
Increase the value of current customers.
Increase client base
Develop an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Negotiate with stakeholders and conclude contracts.
Review contracts.
Follow up on payments.
Follow up on project progress with internal stakeholders.
Communicate product developments to prospective clients whenever they occur.

Minimum Requirements
Graduate of Business Admin, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related courses .
MBA or master’s degree is an advantage.
Min 5 years' experience as a Sales Executive in an organization that sells Elevators or Escalators or construction equipment or material.
