Electrical Supervisor at JB Farms

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure reliable and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Supervise electrical technicians and contractors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and electrical records.
• Support electrical projects, upgrades, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical  Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in electrical maintenance and supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motors, control systems and generators.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and Nigerian regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
