We are hiring a Digital Learning Content Developer.  You will thrive in a pro-active, detail-oriented, and fast-paced environment. As an innovative learning professional, you can create engaging large-scale programs and this role requires learner-centered design using modern learning design and technologies. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Program Manager, instructional designers and SMEs to synthesize content and produce digital and live learning experiences that support course objectives.
• Develop performance-based learning objectives and ensure learning assets are designed and to achieve those objectives through effective design practices, testing, and other UX best practices.
• Develop learning assets including video animations, interactive interfaces, simulations, screencasts, infographics, and other digital or non-digital training resources.
• Work with program instructors to pilot new course content and ensure it is ready for large scale implementation.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 2 years of instructional design experience or technical writing
• Experience with Learning ecosystem technologies such as elearning content authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, etc.), and screencasts (Screenflow or Camtasia), video tools
• Knowledge of different elearning formats and ability to recommend the best approach based each situation (.MP4, SCORM or xAPI)
• Background in adult learning and instructional design; additional familiarity with design thinking, UX, and/or video production preferred
