We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, driving revenue through digital channels, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of e-commerce tools and platforms, and a sales-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Business Headto develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Participate in sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Other Responsibilities:
Manage listings and product catalogs across e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Konga, Amazon, Shopify, and others.
Monitor and optimize product content, pricing, and promotions to increase visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns and product launches.
Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3 – 6 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital retail sales.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Jumia, Konga. etc.).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
