Job Description

• Our client is an e-commerce manager to drive the growth and performance of its online business.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing online platforms and digital marketing initiatives, optimizing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Drive online sales growth through digital marketing, promotions, SEO, and marketplace optimization.
• Monitor website performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value.
• Oversee online merchandising, product listings, inventory visibility, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, IT, and other internal teams to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, digital agencies, and marketplace providers.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce team while driving a high-performance culture.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar role.
• Professional certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail operations, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and online marketplaces.
• Knowledge of website management, inventory management, and online merchandising.
• Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
