E-Commerce Manager

- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Plan strategies to build brand awareness and increase sales.
- Develop the online retail platform in response to customer needs.
- Analyse and report on website performance.
- Work with marketing teams on social media campaigns.
- Make sure the business complies with data protection laws.
- Work closely with fulfilment partners and provide the first response to customers' queries online.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as an E-Commerce Executive
- Previous experience in a leadership role is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadline
