• Our client a reputable brand name in the hotel industry requires the services of a Duty Manager/ ASST Operation Manager  to oversee and Cordinate the hotel activities.
• The ideal person shall be responsible for Organizing activities and assign responsibilities for the allocated  shift activities 
• It shall be the persons responsibility to oversee shift personnel ,monitor and analise performance as well as resolving operational issues during the his or her shift 
• The person shall be responsible for the implementation of the hotel service standard during the his/her shift.
• The ideal person shall take charge and responsibilities for all departmental heads during the shift and ensure the comfort of all guest while reporting to Operation Manager and General Manager.
• The Duty Manager/Asst Operation Manager  shall ensure compliance with all safety standards and prepare comprehensive night activity report.
• Interested and qualified candidate must be computer literate,and knowledgeable in property management software,Ms word and Ms excell.
• The ideal person must have a reasonable  previous experience as head of department in an hotel and  deep basic hotel day and night  operations.
