Job Description

• This role will be responsible for driving the assigned person to and from designated areas.
• Perform basic inspection of the vehicle and ensure that vehicles are in good condition

Responsibilities

• Dress smartly
• Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer
• Report any instance of mishap or accident to the owner or supervisor
• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at an appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
• Report any case of accident, injury, or damage to vehicles to the owner or supervisor
• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
• Keep up a movement log

Competencies / Skills / Requirements

• A minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
• Must be within 28-38 years of age.
• Good knowledge of Abuja environment and driving regulations
• Must be focused, confident, and observant
• Must be safety conscious
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
• Necessary authorization to drive
• Safe driving practices
• Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS.
