JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure daily cleanliness of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is working condition.
• Report any fault to appropriate authority
• Inform management of any related document of vehicle that is due to expire for renew.
• Ensure compliance to traffic rules and regulation when driving.
• Ensure to communicate the authority of the movement of vehicle outside the hotel premises.
• Ensure that movement of vehicle is registered at the gate before leaving the premises.
• Ensure to have movement of vehicle register copy with you and security.
• Responsible for staff official movement
• Carry the sales/marketing personnel for bread distribution
• Any other responsibility that may be assigned to you.
