Job Description

• As - built drawings of factories, rooms, offices, buildings, warehouses using AutoCAD.
• General arrangement (GA) drawings for factories and machine layouts.
• Mechanical (HVAC) & Plumbing drawings of facilities, factories or buildings
• Familiar with drafting Electrical designs for buildings, factories and offices.
• Re-design a factory in order to make its process flow more efficient and compliant with all Quality assurance or ISO certifications.
• Modify the process equipment for any factory by introducing or removing a machine from its process setup.
• Develop P&ID and PFD’s for bothe existing and proposed factories.
• Draft Single Line Diagrams (SLD’s) for Power distribution systems.
• Draft Chilled water piping isometrics
• Design proposed layouts for new factories.
• Design structural platforms to carry several machines of varied weights.

Skills & Requrements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar role
• Ability to carry out General Arrangement drawings for factories and machine layouts; and Mechanical (HVAC)
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
• Plumbing drawings of facilities, factories, or buildings
• Familiarity with drafting Electrical designs for buildings, factories etc.
• Ideal candidate should be familiar with a 3D software such as REVIT Architecture, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD 3D.
• Candidate should be conversant with MS office suite applications.

Remuneration
N219,000 Monthly.
