Document Controller at Reime West Africa Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Projects Team in preparing and updating the documentation management plan throughout the project life cycle
• Create and maintain project files, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure that all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Monitor and manage project correspondence, including emails and other communication.
• Identify potential issues with project documentation and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure that documentation complies with company and industry standards.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to support project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree required.
• Experience in document control in the Telecom industry.
• Knowledge of software applications related to document control, such as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and understanding of workflows
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Telecoms terminology and processes.
