Document Controller at Desicon Engineering Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and archive project documentation including drawings, technical reports, transmittals, and correspondence
• Ensure proper document version control and distribution to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of documents and ensure easy retrieval when needed
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely flow of documents
• Prepare document control reports and status updates for project management
• Ensure compliance with company documentation procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Library Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in a document control role within engineering, construction, or oil & gas sectors
• Proficient in document control systems such as Aconex, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
