Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Rider Recruiter based in Lagos.
• The Dispatch Rider Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding dispatch riders for our food delivery service.
• Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring the efficient deployment of riders for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, HR, and Onboarding skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of the Lagos area and transportation routes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the food delivery industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
