Dispatch Rider at Prixair

Responsibilities 

• Collect and deliver parcels, documents, products, and other items to designated locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, safely, and on time.
• Confirm delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Communicate with customers and the office regarding delivery status.
• Plan efficient routes to reduce delivery time and fuel costs.
• Handle delivered items carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Follow all road safety and traffic regulations.
• Keep the motorcycle clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Report mechanical problems, accidents, delays, or other issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and expenses.
• Collect payments from customers when required and account for all money received.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with customers.
• Perform other duties related to dispatch and logistics as assigned.
